This guide book to the beautiful and historic town on the west coast of France is written by the director and writer Michael Briant who move there in 2002 to live beside the Vieux Port.
As well as the history of the town the guide book lists the best resturants and the cheapest. The cafes that are used by visiting yachtsmen or artists or are just nice to be in as well as the hotels, museums, places of interest.
