First, it should be made clear that, in the end, the understanding is that the TRUE SELF cannot be "transformed" and that the "journey" to Realization involves instead a removal of the obstacles that block the consciousness from seeing SELF (including body and mind and personality identification as well as belief in concepts and ideas and myths).

The two meditation guides (Volume One and Volume Two) together offer a combined total of 365 daily readings and considerations, but many read the books straight through from beginning to end in a few sittings.

The entries each day provide an excerpt from a non-duality book, followed by one or more considerations for that day. Whether reading the two meditation guides from beginning to finish or using them on a daily basis, they offer hundreds of pointers that help shift the focus of the reader beyond the body and mind and personality (persona) issues that dominate most persons.

Reading all of the entries in either or both guides will allow the consciousness to begin processing subject matter that is beyond the phenomenal. That will prepare the consciousness to receive the Advaita pointers which will guide the seeker of Realization through the steps required to move from identifying with the false self (or false selves) to realizing the TRUE SELF.

For those who have studied any of the various types of yoga and who have studied either Traditional Advaita Vedanta, Neo-Advaita, Neo-Vedanta, or Pseudo Advaita: the author of this book is a disciple of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj so he uses the Direct Path Method of teaching along with the Nisarga (Natural) Yoga, all shared in simple, everyday English.
