The first storm alerted us and got us out of bed. I couldnt resist - it was so active we just HAD to head out and shoot! Stood between paddocks watching one storm to the east and one to the west. lightning everywhere! SPectacular! Then, in an instant, it was upon us and the wind was phenomenal - jumped from speed of 7km to 39km/h instantly-, and the lighting was closer and closer and we fled home before the torrents of rain began. What a wonderful midnight adventure!
